Worthwill's aluminum jacketing with PSMB is made of DuPont's surlyn and Polyethylene through heat pressing. It includes stucco embossed and smooth finish surface.Available in rolls, sheets, or pre-fabricated shapes to meet project-specific needs.

Aluminum jacketing with polysurlyn moisture barrier(PSMB) is a composite protective material for industrial pipes, equipment and building facilities. It is made of aluminum jacket and Polysurlyn moisture barrier by hot pressing.

The outer aluminum jacket is usually made of 1060, 3003, 5005 aluminum alloy, and the surface can be embossed, mill finish or smooth finish. The inner layer polysurlyn moisture barrier is a pinhole-free sealing barrier that provides an excellent protective layer Worthwill's standard polysurlyn moisture barrier has a thickness of 60 - 200μm and is made of polyethylene and DuPont surlyn.

Polysurlyn Moisture Barrier Composition
